As an experienced leader, coach, and educator, Dr. Toni Aspin empowers organizations and executives to make informed decisions and innovative choices by untangling limiting assumptions and embracing possibilities.
Toni welcomes clients into a robust learning environment grounded in shared practices of multi-perspectival inquiry and inclusive thinking. Over her 30-plus-year career, she has held leadership roles in both the profit and nonprofit sectors.
Since 2011, Toni leads her own coaching consultancy practice focused on leadership development and organizational effectiveness. She earned a PhD in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
